You can only shop and pamper yourself for so long before it all starts to feel a bit monotonous. So what a nice change of pace it is to discover that your pet can have a bowel movement! I found this out when my dear friend Holly* sent me her pet’s poo as a gift:

I immediately went to the Pet Society forum to get the lowdown on poops, but confusion and constipation abounds. Some players advise clicking on your pet, then stopping when it rubs its nose or blinks. Others say you need to go offline, that the pet will poo when you’re not looking–understandable, since we all enjoy a little privacy. Everyone seems to agree that the pet has to be very well-fed and happy, but dirty with flies buzzing around it.
Pooing is such a challenge that many players are now proudly displaying their excrement like trophies. It’s odd, considering that we spend so much time sprucing up our pets and homes. Then again, there should be no shame in poo. Even celebrities and socialites have to take a dump once in a while. None of us is exempt. If we were, we’d become very fat and constipated. Within my own circle, I’ve identified three ways in which players are showing their poo pride:
- The Welcome Poo, to greet visitors at the door
- The Trophy Poo, displayed atop shelves
- The Golden Poo, shining like a beacon

The Golden Poo, the blingiest poo in Pet Society.
To keep up with this latest poo obsession, I stuffed my pet with junk–donuts, yuletide logs, meatballs. Flies buzzed around him, and he kept pleading for soap, but I dutifully held off. I clicked and clicked, but nothing came. Then I did what one person in the forum advised: to stand in a relatively empty room where the pet won’t be able to sit or lie down. I kept up his food and health levels, and waited. It took a while, but my poor pet finally scrunched up his face and dropped a load. Yippee!!

Yes, you can move the poo or send it to your special friend. After your pet poos, click on your storage chest. Move the poop into the chest, just like any other item. Do NOT click on the poop until you’ve opened the chest. That will make the poo disappear and you’ll only get one coin (or twenty, if it’s golden poo).

Actually, the pet can lie down on the floor of any room. And if there are chairs, he can sit in those. I was just saying that it’s better if the room is relatively empty, because then the pet doesn’t have much to do except to move a few things around and poop.

The rumor is 3 times in a row.
I think the pet will poo many times, but we can only collect 3 poos each day. That’s what happens to me at least. Hope it’ll help. ^^

A new way to display pet poo is to get the mugs (now available in the café, put them on a surface, and then put the poo on a shelf above the mug. Voilá! Brown whipped cream!

You can only carry 3 poos in your chest so in order to poo more you should send your poos to a friend you trust and who will certainly give them back to you. Try it, poo 3 times, send them and then you’ll see that you’ll be able to poo again
And for what someone said about the empty room, they do it because the pet gets distracted by chairs or toys, but if you don’t want to empty a room an do this you can just click your poo and when you see the “poo face” stop clicking and let your pet poo! It is the fastest way to make your pet poo without waiting for it!!!

Just to share, if your health and happiness are over 50% or so (or before they start sighing) while your hygiene is poor, then you can poo. clicking on your pet will speed up the process because it makes your pet switch activities faster.
also, Golden poo is not related to your level…I have a friend who just started playing and got (i think) 2 poo within a week…her points jumped by 100K per each poo…I asked her how she got them and she won;t tell…just said that she got a tip from a good friend… how annoying!

I know how you can gather lots of poo. You have to do it with a friend. First you bet has to be really dirty 0%. You make sure you have lots of food. You have to be both online.
for pooing you klik you pet until its starts to poo (this face><). Be sure you don’t click him when he’s gonne poo?
You cant gather more than 3 poo’s. So you send them too your friend. he does the same. You can not open the gifts.

I sympathize. I too have tried and tried to get the golden poo, but have only gotten chocolate. As I’ve said before, the golden poo is based on chance. One person reported that she got it the first time around; others have to wait longer. One of my friends has been playing the game for four months and he just got his first golden poo. Just keep trying, but don’t let it get you down. There are so many other joys of Pet Society. Have fun!

I believe you have to be online. However, you can open another browser window and do something else, like e-mail while your pet poos in the first window. Sorry to disappoint you, but the toilet is like a chair. Your pet can sit on it, but it can’t poo on it. Pets only poo while standing. I think the pictures of the poop you see on other people’s toilets were moved there after the pet dumped in another part of the house. (To move your poo, be sure to open your chest first. Otherwise, the poo disappears when you click it.)

hi pet name cup cake ummm there are a few things you can do to make your pet poop…dont bathe it at all! and feed it mostly junk food or meat.i have been feeding my pet meatballs and chocolate/strawberry ice cream and now its starting to poop way more than before

Hey, I decided to let my pet get all smelly so it would poo, and in the last 2 hours or so its poo’d about 3 times. All i did was put it in my empty garden, with about 10 apples and left it, so everytime its heart bar was going down it fed itself and its pooing loads!

No you don’t have to keep the golden poo if you don’t want to. You can cash it in for 20 coins. Brown poo is worth 1 coin. But most people value golden poo, so that’s why people keep it around the house and show it off.

I think I had a really good Idea. No doubt people have thought this before me, but I thought I should voice my opinion! Okay, so I think it would be cool if when our pets made the scrunchy face, that it would be possible to actually go to there toliets(or someone elses toliet =D); rather than making a mess on the floor!
Oh and I find that making your pet go poo is easy, but you just have to have alot of patience. What I would recomend doing is to go get something to do while you wait for your pet to poo! Like a book, or watching youtube videos(I watch Naruto while I wait;)). Just so that you don’t get too bored and loose all hope.

I’m not sure if you will get banned for creating a dummy account. But bear in mind that a lot of players don’t like to befriend others with fake aliases.
I have seen a couple of houses where there’s nothing but poo in them. It’s no fun visiting those houses. I mean, really, who wants to visit a house filled with sh*t?
It’s also a lot of work for you; you’ll have to log into Facebook twice and spend twice as much time on the game.

but if u get bored sending alot of poo (because they dance after opening presents), then make the dummy account the one that send poo to ur real account.
