Inauguration Balls

Change has come to America, and change has come to Pet Society, hooray! As you may have noticed, you can now buy muffins, lattes and coffee machines at the café. You can also place toys, such as robots and teddy bears on shelves and chairs, instead of spreading them out all over the floor.

The most exciting development for me, however, was being invited to the Pet Society Inaugural Ball. Here’s a picture from the celebrity-laden party:

After I saw all the fine clothes that the other pets were wearing that night, I decided to splurge on a ball gown and tropical hat. I would like to say that my ivory chiffon dress was designed by a first-generation Columbian immigrant and the hat by a 19-year-old Rwandan refugee, but the truth is that they were probably designed by some pasty-faced limey at Playfish. No matter; they are still pretty cool. Here’s my friend Nibbles and me dancing with the stars:

Note to the Obama girls: Who needs a puppy in the White House when you can have a virtual pet? This could have been us, baby:

Hello, I’m Kate, and my pets name is Drippy. I was wondering if you had a few low budget fashion and decoration tips, I’m only level eight. By the way, Drippy is a girl. Thanks! :D

Hi, I was wondering .. how can you get all of the pets to have a party like that? I didn’t think you could .. that’s so weird! (:

    Hi Noell and Target,

You are correct. You cannot have more than two pets in one scene. I created the pictures above with Photoshop. I was inspired because one of my pet friends, Holly, really did have a sign that said “Team Obama” during inauguration day.
