Well, Petville sure isn’t popular around here. Not surprising, since if you’re reading this site, you’re probably a raving Pet Society addict. But competition is always good for industry, and we heard some pros and cons about Zynga’s Petville and a lot of great suggestions for what Playfish can do to step up its game.
How Pet Society can be better
- Gimme Some Love! – Allow two pets to lie on a bed or sit on a couch together. This was possible in 2008, and it was so unbelievably cute. When my pet Sushi and his friend Wasabi laid together—for an entire 2 seconds—I could feel my heart beating a little faster. Yowza! It was the spark that made me start this blog in the first place. So please, Playfish, bring back the love!
- Functional Fish – Let us eat the fish, give it to friends, sell it.
- Vintage Store – Unfortunately, there are some abusive traders in the forums who have ripped others off. An antiques store with vintage items may put an end to the abuses. This might also decrease the number of hacks that clone antique goods.
- More Games at the Stadium – Pole Vault, Swimming, Water Polo, Tennis, Baseball, Soccer, Hockey, Weightlifting. Anything other than just racing!
- Drive – A car or a scooter that actually works would be fab.
- Upgrade the Camera – Let us take full-sized pics of our pets in the house, not just outside the house.
- More Ways to Make Money – The new lottery wheel is great, but how about offering some Playfish Cash? Then we can all jump up and shout “Wheel! Of! Fortune!”

how do u get ur pets to sleep together and how can u earn coins really fast by doing close to nothing?
As I said, back in 2008, pets could sit on a couch together or sleep together on the bed. When your friend’s pet sat down, you could click on the couch or bed and your own pet would join him.

More Ways to Make Money – Yes, yes, yes!!!
Personally, I enjoy my fruiting trees and have found this a great way to make some extra dough. It would be really neat if the fruit grew more quickly, increasing our crop production. More fruit = more coinage. Another idea… it would be really sweet if the fruits from our trees would occasionally give a banana that was worth Cash instead of coins.

I would like the option to organize stuff within my chest … a kind of sub-folder/chests …
I’d love to see a wallpaper that is aquarium wallpaper that my fish go into…that way I could have a wall full of fish!!!! and the darn aquarium wouldn’t take up soo much room and hold so little fish.

definetly some kind os storage for stuff you want to keep but don’t want to see everytime you open your chest.
uuuuuuuu…you know what would be really cool? If, just like with Hideini, you could see another pet visitiing your house. Say your friend is online, visits you and you would see him in your house! then maybe you could click on them and open up a little chat window. that would be awesome!

I like these ideas. More activities in the Stadium would be nice, especially swimming. I’d love to get Rico some swim trunk pant legs or send him to the YPCA in his mermaid outfit.
I’d also like it if PlayFish would allow pets to go on dates with each other instead of just visiting them at their houses. It’d be so cute to see them walking around town together, sharing a nice meal and shopping.
I would also love it if it was possible to go up on the roof to stick the ticker and other oddities on it.

I love the idea of the car, it could be parked outside your home and you can drive around town with it, collect coins, run over other pets, perform some sick jumps, pick up some hooker pets to increase your life meter, lol it could be a sub-game within pet society which they can call grand theft pet auto!

I can honestly say that I’ve received 20 Petville requests from friends and family but after much thought…and viewing the pets themselves, I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt that I won’t abandon PS. How could I ever leave my pink bald-headed wig wearing he/she Jossie…I love her/him!!

Oh…and I agree with Brisa on how nice to would be to have the pets actually be ‘aware’ of each other when they visit. Hey, if we can do it in Farm Town..why not Pet Society???
Just one thought. I think the free cash, if it ever happened, would/should have a low limit, possibly around 5 free coins. Otherwise it would defeat the purpose of even having a cash shop

I think Hideeni found his new pet to rape. He keeps stalking my pet Amaterasu,yesterday,I was checking the stuff in Amaterasu’s rooms,then Hideeni comes out in each freaking room! Thats including the gardens,which adds up to 8 rooms of stalkingness! I wish PF will add like,some kind of fighting game that allows your pet to use different powers or abilities (like the Ninja costume allows you to throw shurikens,attack with swords and stufff like that). Then you could defend from that crazy Turkeyman (yes,I think he looks like a turkey now.Sorry Mr. Turkey!).
now you can sell the fish!!… its only 4 coins… but at least you can sell them!!! :]

I would like it if there could be skirts that are separate from the pants.
I LOVE PET SOCIETY VERY VERY MUCH if the lottery includes Playfish Cash like Ninja Saga’s lottery (which includes Token). Thus will be easier to have PF cash rather than using ridiculous Cheats or spending real money. Anyone agree?
